Deerfoot Staff Alumni,
One thing we learned while serving together at camp is the importance of brotherhood. It’s core to our mission (“to build godly men in Christ-centered community through wilderness camping.”) We’re not at camp anymore, but we need brotherhood as much as we ever did.
This time of isolation due to the public health crisis is challenging. Someone had the bright idea of DL staff alumni doing isolation together. So, we’ve begun to organize an effort to cluster staff alumni into video conference groups (or, ‘cabin groups’) to reconnect and check in on one another, and to support Deerfoot in prayer.
