Join Deerfoot Lodge Blue Ridge for a weekend of work and fellowship in a Christ-centered community. This weekend, we will be working on three major projects and numerous other tasks to get camp ready for the summer of 2025! Some of the projects we’ll be doing are:
- Connecting the new well to the existing water system.
- Adding a screened-in porch to the Health Center
- Repairing the old porch on Nuthatch (One of the older buildings on camp property used for staff housing)
- Winterizing cabins and bathhouses
- Caulking, staining, and repairing screens in cabins.

If this weekend doesn’t work for you but you would still like to pour some sweat equity into His place, we are ready to host you and your group of capable, hardworking volunteers throughout the fall, winter, spring. Volunteer work crews do not operate while camp is in session. We will be hosting more work weekends in the fall.
